The half shaft pinless wafer butterfly valve has the advantages of simple structural characteristics, service performance and wide application range. The product can be installed on all corrosive and non corrosive gas, liquid, semi fluid, solid powder pipelines and containers in crude oil, chemical industry, food, biomedicine, textile industry, paper industry, hydropower engineering, ships, urban water supply and drainage, smelters, renewable resources and other systems, and can be used as regulation and closure equipment
1. During installation, the valve disc shall stop at the closed position.
2. The opening position shall be confirmed according to the rotation angle of the butterfly plate.
3. For the butterfly valve with bypass valve, the half shaft pinless wafer butterfly valve must be opened before opening.
4. The installation shall be carried out according to the installation and operation instructions of the manufacturer. The butterfly valve with heavy weight shall be provided with a solid foundation
