QSP full pressure high-speed double port exhaust valve is the most advanced cylinder exhaust valve in China. Its structural performance completely exceeds that of ordinary high-speed (double port) exhaust valve and composite double port exhaust valve. For the gas in the pipeline, it can be discharged continuously at high speed regardless of whether there are multiple sections of water column, gas column interphase, pressure or no pressure. The floating ball does not top on the exhaust port and there is no jamming problem, A small amount of gas can be discharged through micropores. In case of negative pressure in the pipeline, gas injection can be used to prevent gas pollution and buffer water hammer pressure rise, so as to eliminate the risk of commissioning of new pipeline, reduce the difficulty of exhaust, reduce the pipe explosion accident of urban pipe network, reduce resistance and energy saving, reduce pressure oscillation, and improve the safety and reliability of the whole water supply series and various equipment.
1. The phase valve shall be installed vertically. Generally, a pit shall be built to protect and prevent freezing. 2. An underground valve with the same diameter shall be added between the valve and the connecting T-pipe.
