The valve can be used to open and close the pipeline and equipment of non-corrosive medium, generally not for throttling use.

Structure and principle of action

1. The valve is flanged, in accordance with GB/T 12232 standard. The valve is mainly composed of valve body, gate, stem, cover, connecting nut, nut, handwheel and other parts.

2. The valve by turning the handwheel stem rotation, through the stem rotation to drive the body chamber gate up or down, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.

Valve features:

1. Simple shape, good manufacturing technology, wide range of application, easy to install.

2. Reasonable and compact structure, small size, wedge structure is used for closing parts (gate), which can automatically compensate for deformation of valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature at work, and the sealing is safe and reliable.

Precautions in storage, installation and use

1. The product should be placed in dry warehouse, no open storage.

2. Long-term storage, regular maintenance.

3. Pressure test should be carried out before installation, and installation can be qualified.

4. Pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned up before installation.

5. The handwheel can not be used for lifting, and no additional auxiliary lever can be added during operation. If the handwheel rotates clockwise, it is closed, otherwise, it is opened.

6. After installation, the product should not be subjected to large external forces. If necessary, the valve bracket should be set up.

7. The operating conditions should meet the technical requirements in the performance specifications.

8. When the local minimum temperature is below 4℃, do insulation protection; As the end valve should be used with pipe or jacket heating, prevent pipe wall temperature below 0℃.

9. It is strictly prohibited to install and use in the pipeline that bears vibration or the rapid change of medium temperature.

10. The valve is not restricted by medium flow direction when it is installed.
