Structure and principle

1. This valve is flange connected, and the flange size shall comply with ANSI B 16.5 standard.

2. This valve is composed of valve body, bonnet, disc, stem, stem nut, handwheel and other parts. By rotating the handwheel, the stem rotates, and the stem drives the disc up or down to achieve the purpose of opening and closing.

Precautions for storage, installation and use

1. This product should be stored in a dry warehouse, and it is strictly prohibited to store in the open air.

2. For long-term storage, regular maintenance is required.

3. This product can be installed in any pipeline and any position. During installation, the medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body.

4. The hand wheel cannot be used for lifting.

5. Pressure test shall be carried out before installation, and installation can be carried out only after it meets the requirements.

6. Clean the inner cavity of pipes and valves before installation.

7. The product should not be subjected to large external forces after installation.

8. Turn the hand wheel clockwise to close, otherwise it is open, and no auxiliary lever should be added during the opening and closing process.

9. The working conditions shall be consistent with the requirements in the performance specification
