This valve is mainly used at the outlet of pipeline pump in water supply and drainage system, petroleum, chemical industry and other non corrosive liquid industrial departments to prevent medium countercurrent.
The valve is connected by flange, the sealing surface adopts inclined design, and the closing time is short, which can reduce the water hammer pressure. The valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc and other parts.
1. The fluid resistance is small, and the sealing surface is less scoured and eroded by the medium.
2. Simple shape, good manufacturing technology and wide application range.
3. The limited position device in the inner cavity of the valve body prevents the opening position of the valve disc from being too high to close, making the service performance of the whole machine more stable
4. During installation, the medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body.
1. The valve shall be placed in a dry warehouse and shall not be stored in the open air.
2. For long-term storage, it shall be maintained regularly.
3. The operating conditions shall meet the requirements of performance specifications.
4. Pressure test inspection shall be conducted before installation, and installation can be carried out only after meeting the requirements.
5. Clean the inner cavity of pipes and valves before installation.
6. After installation, the product shall not be subjected to large external force.
7. The valve is usually installed in the horizontal pipeline, with the valve cover upward perpendicular to the pipeline, and note that the medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body.
8. When the local minimum temperature is lower than 4 ℃, thermal insulation protection shall be provided; When it is used as the end valve, the companion pipe or jacket shall be used for heating to prevent the pipe wall temperature from being lower than 0 ℃.
9. It is strictly prohibited to install and use it on the pipeline bearing vibration or rapid change of medium temperature.
