1. This valve is flange connected in accordance with KS B 2361 standard.
2. This valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve disc, rocker and rocker shaft and other parts. The valve disc can automatically prevent fluid backflow. The valve disc of this valve is opened under the action of fluid pressure, and the fluid flows from the inlet side to the outlet side. When the inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure, the valve disc automatically closes under the action of fluid pressure difference, its own gravity and other factors to prevent medium backflow.
1. The valve shall be placed in a dry warehouse and shall not be stored in the open air.
2. If it is stored for a long time, it should be maintained regularly.
3. The working conditions shall meet the requirements of performance specifications.
4. Pressure test shall be carried out before installation, and installation can be carried out only after it meets the requirements.
5. Clean the inner cavity of pipes and valves before installation.
6. After installation, the product should not be subjected to large external forces.
7. The valve is usually installed on the horizontal pipeline, but it can also be installed on the vertical pipeline or the inclined pipeline. Note that the medium flow direction is consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body.
