The 800X differential pressure bypass balance valve consists of the main and differential pressure control pilot valves, needle valves, ball valves and pressure gauges to form a hydraulic control pipe system. There are two water chambers inside the main valve, diaphragm water chamber for water passage, diaphragm water chamber for pressure control chamber. Its working principle is: when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve changes, the pressure difference between the pipe A and the pipe B changes, changing the opening of the pilot valve. When the pressure difference is large, the pilot valve opening is large, the water discharge in the control room through C pipe increases, the pressure in the control room of the main valve decreases, the main valve opening increases, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve becomes small. On the contrary, if the pressure difference between the main valve inlet and outlet becomes smaller, the pilot valve opening becomes smaller, the pressure of the main valve control room rises, and the main valve opening becomes smaller and the pressure difference of the main valve increases. This negative feedback effect stabilizes the pressure difference between the main valve inlet and outlet at the set value.
