The 500 pressure relief/pressure holding valve is automatically operated by water, and can be used as both pressure relief valve and pressure holding valve. 500 pressure holding/relief valve is composed of main valve and pilot valve control system. The main valve is divided into upper valve cover control room and lower valve body flow channel. Needle valve, ball valve, pressure relief pilot valve, etc. are connected by copper pipes to form pilot valve control system. When the pilot valve is adjusted to the pressure relief state, the feed water at the inlet end of the valve flows to the outlet through the needle valve, bonnet control room, pressure relief pilot valve and ball valve. At this time, the main valve is in the open state. When the inlet pressure exceeds the safety value set by the pressure relief pilot valve, the pressure relief pilot valve will automatically open, the pressure in the bonnet control room will decrease, and the main valve will release pressure. When the pressure recovers to a safe value, the main valve automatically closes. When the pilot valve is adjusted to the pressure holding state, as long as the water pressure at the inlet of the main valve is lower than the set value of the pilot valve, the pilot valve will close. At this time, the pressure in the control room of the main valve will rise, and the main valve will close.
