The handle butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size and light in weight, and only consists of a few parts. And only need to rotate 90° can be quickly opened and closed, simple operation, and the valve has good fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the only resistance when the medium flows through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is small, so it has better flow control characteristics.

1. The valve is kept in a dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to store it in the open air.
2. Long-term storage, regular maintenance.
3. The valve is installed on the horizontal or vertical pipe, but it should be opened and closed for easy operation.
4. Pressure test should be carried out before installation, and installation can meet the requirements.
5. Pipe and valve cavity should be cleaned before installation.
6. The valve shall not be subjected to large external forces after installation.
7. The medium flow direction should be consistent with the arrow direction of the valve body when installing.
8. The operating conditions shall meet the technical requirements in the performance specification.
